If you received an error message when you tried to run counts or it said it timed out... please follow the steps below to change your browser settings so you can successfully run a count.
In Internet Explorer
- Click "Tools"
- Click "Internet Options"
- Click the "Privacy" tab
- Change Setting to "Low"
- Then click "OK".
- Close and re-open your browser.
